From the fundamentals of gymnastics to the basics of sports, Tumbles high-energy gym classes will channel your kid’s boundless energy with fun activities based on developmental milestones.
In addition to inspiring a lifelong love of physical fitness, our grade school classes challenge young minds and build confidence through both independent and cooperative play. Your little ones will flip for our non-competitive gymnastics for kids class that lets every child learn and grow at his or her own pace. This grade school class for ages 6 to 10 is designed to give kids the confidence and fundamental skills needed to get serious about gymnastics. From the floor mat to the high bar, your favorite tumbler will have a blast while building balance, flexibility, muscle control, strength and concentration skills.
Activities Include:
* Cartwheels on Soft Beams
* Back Walkovers on the Fitness Wheel
* Roundoffs on the Tumbl Trak
* Vaulting with the Springboard
Your little ninja can train like a warrior while tackling exciting new challenges each week in this grade school gym class. From Never Fear Relays to a giant warped wall to Ninja Glory stations, students will build the strength, agility, endurance, balance and perseverance needed to complete an entire Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Watch your child’s confidence soar as he or she goes from ninja rookie to ninja pro!

Advanced Gymnastics is offered for ages 6-9 by recommendation and coach approval only. This class will review all intro skills as well as introduce new skills incorporating all events; beam, vault, floor, and bars. Each class will begin with a warm-up. Students will then be split up into stations to work on individual skills for each event that will be done during the class - two events will be highlighted per week to allow for students to fully grasp all skills involved. Class will finish with conditioning and strength training.
