Weekend "On Call" Front Desk Associate

Tumbles™ is an indoor learning playground seeking vibrant and enthusiastic team members to help assist in our weekend Private Playdates. If you love working with children, and serving smiles and laughter, then this job is perfect for you. 



Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm 

Hours vary depending on the amount of appointments booked. 


Job Description:

Playdates at Tumbles are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Families book their appointment via email or phone call. Private playdates are 100% parent supervised and a parent/guardian must be in attendance at all times. A Tumbles Team member is responsible for arriving at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled playdate. The front desk associate will check in the scheduled family and ensure their paperwork is up to date and will take payment if needed. They will also conduct a temperature check and ensure hand sanitation when the family arrives. They will be responsible for providing a clean and sanitized environment and will add additional toys to the gym area every 20 minutes. A Tumbles Team Member is always respectful, patient, positive and mindful of others. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct daily non-contact temperature checks of everyone who enters the building.

  • Ensure the use of hand sanitizer when entering the building. 

  • You must wear a mask at all times when inside the facility.

  • Must confirm the family has filled out the proper waivers and consent forms.

  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment in-between paydates.

  • Help create a positive, fun, and loving atmosphere.  

  • You may be responsible for administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and answering client questions about our services. 

  • Basic internet troubleshooting.

  • Must be reliable and flexible 

  • This job requires CPR and First Aid certification done within the first 30 days of employment.

  • Responsible for inputting new customer information into the system. 

  • Taking payments. 

  • This job requires CPR and First Aid certification done within the first 30 days of employment.
