Get Ready to Sweat! This is an OUTDOORS workout class which combines circuit training and gymnastics with fun ninja warrior obstacle courses for ages 5 -9. Develop muscle and body control navigating handstands, cartwheels, and backbends. Work up a sweat with balance and agility drills and relays as you condition and strengthen your body. Let’s get moving!
